Nick has worked in the automotive industry since 1989, employed in a variety of management roles for the world leading vehicle manufacturers, importers and retailers. With experience in the retail, B2B and fleet, in the sales and after-sales disciplines.


Recruitment, selection, assessment and retention are areas of current Global Experience with Nissan, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz and JLR.


Brand, product and vehicle launches globally have seen Nick in high demand to deliver an exciting, engaging and informative learning experience to delegates from within the industry as well as its customers. From high performance prestige cars to heavy commercial vehicles Nick is able to demonstrate a passion for the product and also energy to bring the proposition alive and create a memorable event with BMW, JLR, Porsche, Toyota, VAG and Volvo.


Leadership, management performance, personal development and business growth are all areas of expertise to Nick and this finds him travelling over 500,000 miles a year, currently Nick is delivering a myriad of projects worldwide with volume and prestige motor manufacturers and importers developing through training, coaching and mentoring, sales, both retail, business and fleet, after-sales process improvement and up-sell, staff selection and development, management selection and development, dealer diagnostics, customer experience, customer satisfaction improvement and customer retention in South America, Korea, Japan, USA, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Recent clients include VAG, Mazda, Renault / Nissan, Fiat, Hyundai, JLR and Volvo. 


Nick is often called to design and deliver Sales Development workshops with demonstrable results for companies across a broad spectrum of industries across the globe, ranging from basic sales skills to presenting proposals at board level. Working with clients including Aston Martin and Four Seasons Hotels.


Nicks unique and dynamic personality coupled with his wealth of diverse industry experience and extensive inter-personal skills places him in an extremely strong position to deliver sales, performance management, people development solutions and behavioural change, brand awareness and product launch solutions.

  • Nick is a CIPD Accredited Coach, an ICF Accredited Coach and Facilitator, CIPD level 7 Dip Human Resource Development and an NLP Master Practitioner. He is also qualified to use a range of psychometric tests including OPQ and FIRO B.
